The woman at the counter was pleasant and helpful. The only negative I would say is that the beverage cooler had a very limited supply; just water, diet Pepsi, diet Mountain Dew, Sierra Mist and iced tea.
Been here twice in the last 5 days...the first experience on New Years Eve was so good I had to try again.
Both times the orders were perfect. The food was hot and fresh. The chicken (both bone-in and boneless) were cooked well and still moist. Between the two visits we tried 4 flavors and all were very good.

Came here for an 36 anniversary lunch while out for a gorgeous bike ride. The wings, the garden salad with grill chicken and fried pickles were amazing! Workers are very nice and helpful!
Called for delivery they said it would be an hour wait. Hour and a half later our food finally arrived. My food was cold, overcooked and wrong, and the waffle fries were soggy. Honestly wouldn't spend my money here again. This is the second time I have ordered a burger and it has been overcooked.
We had tried Wings & Co. when they first opened and we're underwhelmed. Now, many months later we decided to give it another try. Very glad we did.
