Brutalized our furniture and were unapologetic about it, and gave us grief about having to move the refrigerator to the third floor (the building has no elevators), and put a huge dent/scratch in the side of it when they did move it. We paid for their "insurance" after signing a very general contract, but then said it didn't cover particle board furniture (what furniture ISN'T particle board these days) and showed us a detailed contract that indicated such -- that we never signed.
