WOW. What a great month I had just starting this program ( on ramp). A lot of hard work and dedication just as you'd expect with any program (doesn't work if you don't do it) you sign up for. Great 1 on 1 time with the coach/owner to learn all the proper forms and different moves. Great clean gym area and new equipment and they offer a lot of different class times for almost anyone's schedule. Definitely give this a shot, but only if you can dedicate your hard work and time it WILL pay off!!!
Nick and the rest of the coaching staff are great! Very experienced and helpful! The facility is top knotch and very clean! There are classes for everyone as well beginners through advanced and their class times are very accommodating! Def would recommend this crossfit to anyone!
So glad I gave Crossfit Galactic a try! Nick is a great coach who explains everything and always makes sure you have correct form! The environment is nothing but friendly and not intimidating at all! It's like a small community of people that support each other! If you have never tried Crossfit and want to, I highly reccomend starting it here!!
