Pleasant experience from the get-go. Bruce greeted us at the door and showed us all through the floor and clearance sections. He asked about and honored our preferences and concerns regarding sizing and pricing. Bruce gave us comfortable time and space to think and was quick and thorough in completing paperwork and explaining the process. He even came in on his day off to fix a sizing error on our end. As first-time furniture buyers, we were thrilled with Furniture Now selection , price and Bruces' customer service.
We saw an ad on Craiglist and decided to take a ride to check out Furniturenow. We fell in love with the beautiful furniture and our sales guy Bruce! We came in looking for a sectional and left with much more, all within our budget. In addition to our sectional we bought an Italian leather sofa for our living room and a gorgeous leather chair. We saved so much money that we furnished two rooms instead of one.

Just took delivery of several items and want to let you know the two men who delivered my furniture to my third floor condo were awesome—professional, pleasant and thoughtful. There were a few tough spots to get the items up here and they did so creatively with smiles on their faces and willingness to make it work.
